Change Password Not Working


When trying to change your password please ensure the following:

  1. You are logged into your account with your username and password on www.betking.com 
  2. Click on 'My account'
  3. Click on 'Change Password' under the User Area Menu
  4. Where it Says Enter "Current Password" enter your password that you logged in with. (Even if there is a password in that Box, Please re-type the password that you logged in with)
  5. "New Password" (Your password should be between 6 and 15 characters long, must not contain spaces, and must have a minimum of 2 numbers (0-9) and 4 letters (a-z), at least 1 of which must be UPPERCASE and 1 lowercase)
  6. Once you have Entered the New Password - Click on Save
  7. It will confirm the new details have been saved
NB: If you can not click on Save it is because you NEED to Click Outside of the Password Box before clicking on Save
