Why have I not received my account details?


Answer/ Where to Find it

Please ensure that you have submitted a request for an account and that our requirements for registration were met


Also confirm that your email address is not a generic email (i.e. if the same email has not been used before)

Kindly check your email inbox and spam messages to confirm that email is not in Spam / Junk Folder.

If you are still unable to locate your account details, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details.

 

• Full Name

• Address of Shop

• User ID or Username

• Location

• Mobile Number

• Email Address

• Valid Identification documents


 Also provide answers to the following questions;


1. Did you attend our training?

2. Did you provide us with your Shop details?

3. Were you given a welcome pack?
