Why can’t I log in to my account? 

Why is the login button not working? 


Answer/ Where to Find it 

To successfully log on to your account. Please ensure that:


1. You have stable internet connection 

2. your account has been successfully created and is valid. 

3. Also confirm that log in attempt was made on our official BetKing website; www.betking.com 

4. Confirm username and/or password is correct and in the right format (username and password are case and character sensitive) 

5. If you have your username but forgot your password, click on forgot my password on the website to retrieve your new password. 


If you are still unable to log in, and you suspect that your account details are wrong, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details. 


• Full Name 

• Username 

• Agent ID 

• Address of Shop 

• Location 

• Mobile Number 

• Email Address 

• Valid Identification documents
