How to re-set your password

Step 1: Kindly visit www.betking.com 

Step 2: Click on 'forgot password' on the top right corner of the page.




Step 3: In the new page that appears, input your Betking 'Username' in the space provided and click on  'Proceed'






Step 4: A notification will be sent from [email protected] to the email address you used when registering your account with BetKing

Step 5: Go to your email and view the message from [email protected]. Click on the link in the body of the mail
 


Step 6: In the fresh page displayed Input the new 'Password' you want to change to,confirm password and then click on 'Proceed'.




Step 7: After you have successfully changed your password,you will get a message saying 'Password Changed'  






Extra Information:

- Your password should be between 8 and 15 characters long, must not contain spaces, and must have One capital letter, Minimum of 2 numbers and Minimum of 5 letters e.g Jerry247
 

If you suspect that your email address is wrong please send a change of details request to [email protected] with the following details

 

· Full Name

· Username

· Address of Shop

· Location

· Mobile Number

· Email Address

· Valid Identification documents (National ID card, International passport, Driver's License)

Please also indicate what information is not Correct and needs to be changed.
