Forgot Password Not Working

Question

I can't change my password

Forgot Password Link is not working

Reasons

· Your emails could be going to Junk

· You could be copying the Link Wrong

· You could be using the Incorrect Username

· Your email address on the system could be wrong

Steps to Follow

Step 1: Log in with the correct username / Agent ID

Step 2: Ensure that you provided a correct email address to receive the reset link.

Step 3: Check your Junk mail or Inbox & copy the reset password URL, and load on a browser.

Extra Information

If you get an error response Failed to decrypt reset password token, it’s because the link was not copied properly or a character of the URL is missing after pasting on the browser. Selecting the click here option in the body of the mail is advisable.

Also note: Your password should be between 6 and 15 characters long, must not contain spaces, and must have a minimum of 2 numbers (0-9) and 4 letters (a-z), at least 1 of which must be UPPERCASE and 1 lowercase.
 

If you suspect that your email address is wrong please send a change of details request to [email protected] with the following details

 

· Full Name

· Username

· Address of Shop

· Location

· Mobile Number

· Email Address

· Valid Identification documents

Please also indicate what information is not Correct and needs to be changed.
